Introduction to Lacrosse and learn the fundamentals!

This program is meant for girls who will be going into 1st grade through those who will be in 5th grade next year.

They will be introduced to the game of girl's lacrosse by learning how to pass and catch, pick up ground balls, shoot, cradle, and basic defense positioning.

We will play at Christ Church Episcopal School on the following Sundays from 1-2pm.

May 18, 25, June 1, 8, 22, and 29th.

A portion of the time the girls will learn a skill(s) [or practice a skill(s)] and the other half of the time the girls will play in inter-squad 5v5 small field scrimmages.
